The Smith family owns the largest international grocery store chain in Tennessee. Started out as head chef. Opened a successful Chinese restaurant in Nashville, sold it and moved to Huntsville. Wanted a true dining experience because of his customer centered personality.

Test kitchen in Nashville creates all the sauces. Wholesalers and farmers with an established relationship ensure the freshness and qaulity of the ingredients.
